Is it possible to let a sign go through all stages without pairing with a project

1. It is possible to go with or without project, but those sign will not get benefit like if is part of the projects.

Color that display in editor, exported pdf and exported sign is different

1. Editor and Exported PDF use RGB based format, since browser can't display CMYK value.
2. Exported Sign use CMYK based format, since client preferred that.

The sign is not displayed correctly

Either we still not displayed the feature or they are already exist but the value is not setup correctly.

Problem with export sign, sign not exported or it is exported but with wrong data

This happen when sign is not setup correctly, old sign that comes from archive usually experienced this. The solution is to re-save the sign.

Order of attribute automatically changes when we change one of arrow, background, distance and road-number
